Has worked as an adviser of the Managing Board of Industrial Bank of Azerbaijan since 2016. Has been a Deputy Chairman of the Managing Board and a member of the Managing Board since 17.12.2018. Has been appointed to the position of the Chairman of the Managing Board since 29.06.2020.

Member of the Board - Sarvan Mikayilov

He was born in 26.07.1973 in the Shaki region. He graduated from the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy with the specialty of engineering and chemistry in 1996. He has worked in various leading positions at ASB OJSC since 1998. He has been working as a Director of the Finance Department and the Chief Accountant of the Bank since 2008. He is a member of the Board of Directors since 2011 and a member of the Board of Directors of "Azerbaijan Industrial Insurance" OJSC since 2013. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of "Baku Stock Exchange" CJSC.

Member of the Board - Vyacheslav Islamovich Aivazov

Was born on November 27, 1981 in the city of Baku. In 2002, he graduated from the Law Faculty of the Odlar Yurdu University. Since 2003 he has worked in various positions in the private sector. Has been working in the banking sector since 2009. In 2016, he began to work at OJSC "Azerbajan Industrial Bank" as the head of the legal department. Since June 29, 2020, he is a Member of the Bank's Management Board.

Member of the Management Board - Ilker Hepchorman


He was born in 1980 in Izmir, Turkey. He completed his high school and high school education in Science and Mathematics in English at the Private Altug College, and received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration in English from Los Angeles International University. He started his career in Azersun Holding in the fields of process management and statistical analysis, and worked in SAP and BPR projects in the areas of business process analysis, improvement and digital transformation. Since March 2013, he has been working as a manager in the field of digital banking and payment cards at "Azerbaijan Industrial Bank" OJSC. Here, he participated and led important projects such as system development, process improvement and digital transformation on card operations and banking systems. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and IPMA Level B certified. He has been a member of the Bank's Management Board since 2024. Since 2019, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of "Azerbaijan Industry Insurance" OJSC.

Board Member - Ughur Mahmudov

Ughur Mahmudov was born on April 29, 1990, in Baku. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Finance at Azerbaijan Cooperation University in 2011. In 2016, he earned a master’s degree in Banking from the same university with honors. In 2024, he was admitted to the Doctoral program in General Economics at Azerbaijan Cooperation University.
Since 2012, he has held various roles at Azerbaijan Industrial Bank OJSC. Starting in 2018, he served as Department Head in Risk Management, Compliance, and Internal Control. In 2024, he was appointed to the Board as Chief Risk Officer, additionally serving as Chief Compliance Officer.
